• Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We were the first company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries, and have since expanded into several other assets, including tokenized stocks and ETFs. We are also focused on incubating protocols that can support both tokenized real-world assets and traditional crypto.
• Founded by folks from Goldman Sachs Digital Assets Team, we’re backed by some of the best investors in the world including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, Tiger Global, and more. We are currently the leaders in the space in terms of AUM and are well capitalized to continue growing the firm. We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S.
• Our Front-End / Web team is focused on building web applications and APIs enabling people to access and interact with complex investment products across multiple blockchains (ex. Ethereum, Arbitrum, Solana, Sui, Aptos). The team works on a wide breadth of Ondo products (ex. Onboarding, Mint/Redeem experience for USDY & OUSG (Yield Assets), Tokenized Stocks and ETFs (Ondo Global Markets), Portfolio Experience, Bridge, Flux Finance).
• You’ll be joining a small but fast-growing team with a wide breadth of responsibilities, working across the stack to execute on new features and products. You’ll do this while maintaining a high level of technical excellence in our code quality and delivered solutions. Due to the nature of our blockchain-enabled RWA investment products, you will have the opportunity to help us build at the forefront of web2 <> web3 experiences to usher in the next big wave of on-chain capital.
