Terms of Use

web3job.work is a job board for Web3 roles. You must be 18 or over and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details private.

Do not misuse the site: no scraping that bypasses our limits, no spam, no attempts to access other people's data, and no interference with the service.

Employers must post real, current roles they are entitled to fill and describe them honestly, including pay when stated. Listings must not ask candidates for payment, seed phrases, private keys or remote access, and must not discriminate unlawfully.

We review listings and may edit, decline, unpublish or remove any listing or account that breaks these terms or looks fraudulent, with or without refund where the breach is serious.

Content you submit, such as a profile or CV, must be yours and accurate. You allow us to show it to employers as you direct and to store it to run the service. Applying to a role does not create an employment relationship with web3job.work.

We do not verify every employer or role. Read our guidance on spotting scams and use the report links to tell us about anything suspicious.

Prices are shown in USD and paid through our crypto payment provider. A purchase is complete once the payment is confirmed and the listing, credits or unlock is applied to your account.

Unused credits do not expire while your account is open. Listings that have gone live, and contact unlocks that have been revealed, are generally not refundable. If something went wrong with a payment or a listing, email us and we will fix it or refund where it is fair to do so.

Reviews must be based on real experience and must not contain personal data, threats or false claims. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Sections about content, payments and liability continue after an account ends.

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, web3job.work is not liable for the conduct of employers or candidates, for hiring decisions, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with its date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of business, and disputes go to the courts there unless the law gives you other rights.
