What we collect

Account data: your name, email address and sign-in method (email and password, Google or LinkedIn). Passwords are stored only as salted hashes.

Profile data you choose to add: talent profile details, skills, links, a profile photo and a CV. Employers add company details, logos and job listings.

Activity: job applications, saved jobs, job alerts, reviews and reports you submit, and basic usage events such as job views.

Orders: what you bought, the amount and the payment status. We never see or store your wallet keys or card details.

Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security, rate limiting and analytics.

How we use it

To run the service: show jobs and profiles, deliver applications to employers, send job alerts and transactional email (verification, receipts, application updates).

To keep the site safe: prevent spam and fraud, review reports and moderate content.

To understand and improve the site through aggregated analytics. We do not sell personal data.

Who sees your data

Employers see the application, profile and CV you send to their job. A talent profile marked public is visible to visitors; your contact details stay hidden until you share them or an employer uses a paid unlock, as described on the profile page.

Private CV files are only readable through authenticated requests from the employer you applied to, and by you.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare (hosting, DNS, bot protection with Turnstile and file storage), Resend (email delivery), NOWPayments (crypto payments), Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics (usage statistics), and Telegram (internal staff alerts). They process data only to provide their service to us.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and security cookies from Cloudflare. Analytics cookies are not used for staff or admin areas.

Retention and your rights

We keep account data while your account is open and delete or anonymise it after you ask us to close it, except records we must keep for payments and security.

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to some uses, by emailing us. You can also edit most of your data directly in your account settings.

Children

The service is for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
